Here at Kayla’s Swimsuits, we understand that orders may not always meet your expectations; and as such, we’re here to help! Please review the FAQs below that reflect our policies before reaching out to us regarding a return, exchange or refund.

Please note that eligibility is assessed based on the condition of the item, time lapsed since the purchase, and whether the item was purchased at regular or sale pricing.

I’m not satisfied with my order. How many days do I have to return my purchase?

We understand that online shopping is tough. You are allowed 30 days from the date of purchase (not the day the item was shipped or received) to contact us regarding a return, exchange, or refund. Any request submitted beyond 30 days from purchase will not be considered.

I wore my swimsuit/coverup once and didn’t like how it fit. Can I return it for a refund or exchange?

It is very important to review the sizing chart and recommendations before purchase to ensure you get as close to your fit as possible. To be eligible for a return, exchange or refund, your item must be unopened, unworn, and in its original packaging. While we understand that not all purchases work out, accepting opened/worn items for return creates issues that compromise the integrity of the products, namely hygiene issues. Due to the nature of our items (swimwear), we are adamant about that stance and will not fulfill such requests.

I purchased a few items during a sale, but would like to return them for an exchange or a refund. Can I?

Sales on our site are a great time to shop; but unfortunately aren’t the best items to return. We only move items to the sale category on special occasions or when the style is discontinued and no longer available for purchase. As such, they cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

I purchased a regularly priced item less than 30 days ago that is unopened. How do I start the return process?

To complete your return, please contact us at detailing your request (exchange or refund) along with a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase (the receipt shipped with the order will suffice). We will contact you back with explicit instructions for your return (including shipment labeling instructions and the return shipping address). Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of all return shipping. Do not attempt to send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where a partial refund in the form of store credit may be issued (typically when your item is exchanged for something less than the cost of your original purchase). If it is found that your return does not meet the criteria, your request will not be granted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your request is approved, then your refund or exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The exchange process, if applicable, will be exactly as the original purchase process.

I was approved for a refund; but don’t see the money in my account. What do I do?

Please note that the time it takes to receive your refund depends on your banking institution’s policies. Contact your bank or credit card company with any questions you may have and they will contact us if needed. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at
